It is a great pleasure to announce that our aMACEing ZERO LEAK® Baby Bottle has been awarded a 2018 National Parenting Products Award by NAPPA Awards. We are excited to see recognition from them as we know that our patented leak-proof technology will set a new standard in safety for baby bottles in the years to come. This baby bottle is not just another product, it is an effort to improve the world we live in which is a principle we live by at Mace Corporation.

Although it is not talked about as much as it should, leaking baby bottles are contributing to health-related and potentially life-threatening risks. In a recent BBC news article, it was stated that a Coroner had determined a baby’s death to have been caused by fatal asphyxiation while drinking from a propped bottle that was leaking. The problem is serious and has been acknowledged in countries like Canada where it is illegal to sell a product that fixes the bottle in the baby’s mouth for this same reason, bottles will leak and may cause the baby to drown. It is great that Canada has taken initiative on this concerning matter, but we believe we have taken it a step further by developing a leak-proof baby bottle. Even if a parent or caregiver feeds the baby with a propped bottle, our bottle simply won’t leak, potentially eliminating the risk of drowning.

We believe all baby bottles in the world should be leak-proof. We believe that by introducing this new technology to the world we can potentially put an end to tragic deaths caused by bottle propping and leaking baby bottles. Even 1 baby lost is too many, especially when there is a solution to the problem.
